Corrections welcome. Ingredient changes especially.

Last updated

The fastest way to reach us is email: contact@calmandcream.com. The form below goes to the same place.

We are a small operation - one person writes this site - so replies take a few days rather than a few hours. Corrections jump the queue.

What is most useful to send

  • Ingredient changes. If a product we recommend has been reformulated, that is the single most valuable thing you can tell us - a fragrance-free product that adds fragrance is an active problem for readers who bought it on our recommendation. Include the product name and where you read the list.
  • Factual corrections. If something here is wrong, say so. We will verify and fix it, and the page's updated date will move.
  • Products you think should be covered, particularly ones with a published ingredient list we can screen.
  • Questions about a specific ingredient, which often turn into a page.

What we cannot help with

  • Anything medical. We cannot tell you whether you have rosacea, what subtype it is, whether a prescription suits you, or what to do about a reaction. That needs a clinician who can see your skin, and it is not a limitation we can work around.
  • Order or delivery problems. We do not sell anything. If you bought something through a link here, the retailer handles the order - we have no visibility into it.
  • Product samples or press requests. We do not accept free products in exchange for coverage.
  • Sponsored content, paid placement or link insertions. Not available at any price, so please do not ask.

Send a message

We use your email only to reply. We do not add it to a list - there is no newsletter on this site.

Questions people ask

How do I report an ingredient change?

Email contact@calmandcream.com with the product name and where you saw the current ingredient list. Reformulations are our highest-priority correction because a fragrance-free product that adds fragrance actively harms readers who bought it on our recommendation.

Can you tell me which product is right for my skin?

Not specifically, and we would be overstepping if we tried. We are not clinicians and we cannot see your skin. What the site can do is tell you what is in a product so you can make that call with better information.

Do you accept sponsored posts or paid links?

No, at any price. The site is funded by Amazon affiliate commissions only, and that is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page.

How long does a reply take?

A few days. One person writes this site. Corrections are handled faster than general questions.

Who owns Calm & Cream?
